Shipping policy

Free shipping is offered on domestic (United States mainland) orders over $99! After you've placed an order, it can be expected to ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during sales, holidays, and new product launches. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note that it can take approximately 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be scanned into the carrier's system. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We are not liable for incorrectly entered shipping information, or packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages that have been marked "Return to Sender" due to delivery issues or an insufficient address.

Once a package is scanned into the carrier's system, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please contact the carrier, directly, for missing or stolen packages.

Pre-orders will be shipped on the posted date/dates, listed in the details of each product. Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated at any time.

If your order contains one or more items listed as "pre-order", the entire package will be shipped on the date that the pre-order items are set to ship. To prevent delayed shipping, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
