Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact our team at info@wickvault.com.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. A refund, replacement, or exchange may be considered, upon our discretion, within 5 days from the time the package is marked as "delivered". All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Promotions
Promotions will not be applied to orders that were placed prior to the launch of the promotion. For cancellations, please see our Order Cancellations policy.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase. Although the product may not have shipped, the inventory has been processed in our system. We are unable to provide any changes after 12 hours.
